What valet trash is
Valet trash is a doorstep pickup service for apartment communities. Residents set bagged trash outside their door during a scheduled evening window, and our team walks the property, collects each bag and takes it to the community's compactor or dumpsters. Residents skip the late-night walk across the parking lot, and your breezeways, stairwells and dumpster areas stay cleaner.
What's included
- Nightly doorstep pickup. Scheduled collection from every participating unit on the nights that fit your community. Many properties choose Sunday through Thursday, but the schedule is set with you.
- Recycling pickup. Recyclables collected at the door and taken to your property's recycling containers to keep streams separate.
- Bulk item add-on. Optional removal of larger items like boxes, small furniture and move-out debris.
How we launch at your community
Every account starts with a walk-through before launch. We review your building layout, stair and elevator access, and compactor or dumpster setup, then build a route and pickup plan around it. Before the first night, residents receive a resident flyer explaining how to bag trash, when to set it out and what can't be collected, so the service starts smoothly.
On service nights, our uniformed valets walk the property and collect from each doorstep. Residents and staff can tell at a glance who is on site. When we see recurring issues, like overfilled or improperly set-out bags, we flag them so management can follow up with the resident.
